Patricia is an Advisory Partner at Fidelio.  She brings over 25 years of experience as a partner with an international law firm.  In her legal career she was recognised as a leader in the field of restructuring. She also served as a member of the partnership board of her firm and head of international.

 

She now focuses on advisory and non-executive roles and is board chair of the German British Chamber of Industry & Commerce, a trustee, director and chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee at Cockpit Arts and a senior mentor for Leaders Plus.

 

She offers deep experience in restructuring and change management, governance and risk, strategic legal analysis, leadership and people development, crisis management and communication together with extensive international experience.

 

She brings board and chair experience across professional services, domestic and international  membership organisations and professional bodies and in the charitable and not for profit sector.
